The first cake in my kitchen lab is Steam Cake.<br />You will need only 10 minutes if you are using a Kenwood mixer, or around 20 minutes if you are using Phillips Cucina, like my self. Mix the egg and the sugar first, then add the fluour after the egg has double (bhs.
